| Our Founder:
As one of the FRANCISCAN congregations in the world, we follow JESUS CHRIST in the example of the minor and simple servant of GOD, ST. FRANCIS OF ASSISI. We were founded by a Capuchin Friar, Luis Amigo in 1885, in Valencia, Spain. Deeply seduced by God's love, and with the most needy, especially the abandoned and marginalized children and youth, Fr. Luis intuitively went forward to offer an answer to them, through our Religious congregation.
